Laurent Valosek is the Managing Director of Peak Leadership LLC, a leadership and strategy development firm. The Peak model, derived from decades of research, integrates neuro-psychological, emotional, cognitive, interpersonal, and systems drivers of optimal performance.
Mr. Valosek is also the Executive Director and co-founder of the Center for Wellness and Achievement in Education (CWAE). This San Francisco-based non-profit develops and implements high-impact stress management and performance improvement programs like the ‘Quiet Time’ program for schools and public health agencies.
